As the festive season approaches, we’d like to let you know about our office hours over the Christmas and New Year period so you can plan ahead.

Our offices will close at 1:00pm on Christmas Eve and will remain closed until we reopen on Thursday 2nd January. During this time, our general advice email inbox and phone lines will also be closed.

While the office is closed, our VIP email address will remain active over the festive period, and we’ll respond to emails where possible, aside from the main Christmas days when availability will be limited. For those currently dealing with a claim, our VIP platform continues to be a valuable resource, offering ongoing guidance and support even when our offices are closed.
