I can’t log in to my VIP Account, how do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting fightback4justice.co.uk/forgot-password/. Please visit this page and enter your email address. You will then receive and automatic link which will allow you to reset your password. Please be aware that this automated email may appear in your spam / junk folder if you do not see it in your email inbox.
I have just become a VIP member, what do I need to do now?
If you have just join our VIP Platform and would like to get help with your claim, please visit the USER HOME page of our VIP Platform. This is where you will find all of the VIP features such as VIP Email Address, Document Vault and Live Chat Service.
I can not see the Live Chat service, how do I access it?
When you are logged in to the VIP Platform, you will be able to see the VIP Live Chat in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Please be aware that the Live Chat widget will only show when a team member is online and available to assist you. We aim to be online between 10am and 4pm. An example of the Live Chat widget can be seen below.
How do I upgrade my account?
If you would like to downgrade/upgrade your membership, please log in to your account and visit www.fightback4justice.co.uk/choose-a-package. You can then select the VIP level option you require. Your personal account details will already be filled out. From here, you just need to complete the downgrade/upgrade by completing the checkout process.
I am finished using the VIP Platform, how do I cancel my account?
When I click to access the VIP Features, it keep taking me to the sign up page.
