VIP Account FAQs

If you are having any issues with your VIP Account, please read over the FAQs below. Please remember that some VIP Platform emails may appear in your SPAM or JUNK folders. Please ensure you check these folders if emails do not appear in your inbox.


You can reset your password by visiting Please visit this page and enter your email address. You will then receive and automatic link which will allow you to reset your password. Please be aware that this automated email may appear in your spam / junk folder if you do not see it in your email inbox.

If you have just join our VIP Platform and would like to get help with your claim, please visit the USER HOME page of our VIP Platform. This is where you will find all of the VIP features such as VIP Email Address, Document Vault and Live Chat Service.

When you are logged in to the VIP Platform, you will be able to see the VIP Live Chat in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Please be aware that the Live Chat widget will only show when a team member is online and available to assist you. We aim to be online between 10am and 4pm. An example of the Live Chat widget can be seen below.

If you would like to downgrade/upgrade your membership, please log in to your account and visit You can then select the VIP level option you require. Your personal account details will already be filled out. From here, you just need to complete the downgrade/upgrade by completing the checkout process.

Paypal Members
If you wish to cancel your membership, you will need to do so by logging onto your paypal account and cancelling the pre arranged payment for the network.
Here is how to cancel an automatic payment with a merchant:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Click Settings at the top of the page – may be displayed as a cog on certain devices.
3.Click Payment, then click Update beside My preapproved payments to find your payment.
4.Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
We are not able to do this from our side.
Debit / Credit Card Members 
If you are a VIP Member who has joined using credit / debit card, our team will process your cancellation for you. To do so, please respond with the following information. You MUST contact in order for your account to be cancelled. Please email our ream with the following details and use the subject – Cancel Account.
1) Full Name
2 Email Address used to join the platform.
Once we have the full information for you account, we will be able to locate your payments and cancel them for you within 48 Hours.
